Foods 1 & 2

Students are graded on participation and every class period is worth 10 points. Students who miss a class period can make up the missed day by completing a lab at home. There are unit tests which cover the information learned in class.
Teen Living is a semester long, sophomore level course. Students will learn to prepare simple, healthy meals for the first quarter. The second quarter will be spent completing a sewing project.
Child Growth and Development I and II - These classes cover parenting, reproduction/childbirth, first year of life, toddler stage, and the preschool child. Students will spend the last month of Child Growth II at a child related facility doing an internship.
